Tuition Policy

ATTD 2015 TUITION POLICIES

A TIME TO DANCE requires every family to have a credit card kept on file. If you choose to pay by

cash or check the payment must be received before the 1st of the month.

After the 1st of the month, all accounts who have not paid their tuition yet will be charged the full

tuition amount plus a $10 late fee. All declined payments will require immediate contact by our front

desk before student can continue taking classes. All over-the-phone transactions will be charged a

3% processing fee of the total amount due.

 

PLEASE NOTE all tuition will be the same for ALL months regardless of the number of weeks in the

month. A month consists of 3, 4, or 5 weeks; months with less than 4 weeks are made up for in

months with 5 weeks.

 

ALL PAYMENTS are applied towards the account’s oldest balance first.

Refund Policy: NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS. NO EXCEPTIONS. There are no Refunds or Deductions for

classes missed. Make-up classes are available.

 

ONCE REGISTERED, students are enrolled in their class indefinitely. If you find it necessary to

withdraw from class a parent or guardian must fill out and sign a WITHDRAWAL form and submit it

to the office manager PRIOR to the 25th of the previous month. Tuition will continue to be

withdrawn until the forms are signed and submitted.

 

ALL CLASSES are subject to class size and availability. Students will not be allowed into class if

tuition is not paid. Team performers will not compete if tuition is overdue. For private lessons,

students must be enrolled in at least one class with tuition paid up to date.

 

MAKE UP CLASSES: Missed classes due to holidays, illness, or vacation can be made up in the same

type of class within 30 days of the absence. All students making up classes must inform the front

desk and receive a MAKE UP SLIP FORM. Students must also have the date(s) of the class(es) they

have missed in order to participate in the make-up.
